Your renewal price is locked when you buy and doesn't change if plan prices change later (as long as you stay on the same plan and currency).
1Reminders
Days before expiry (by default 7, 3, 1 and the last day) you get a reminder on Sitekoom and by email; it also appears in your store admin's notification bell.
2Renew from the notice
Press the notice in the store admin or “Renew / upgrade” in “My stores” to reach the Sitekoom renewal page directly.
3Grace period
After the expiry date the store keeps working during the grace period, with a banner in the admin.
4After the grace period
The admin stops and the storefront shows “temporarily unavailable” (per the published policy). Your data, products and orders are kept, never deleted.
5Back after renewal
As soon as the renewal payment is confirmed the store comes back automatically as it was, extended from the previous expiry date.
FAQ
