The POS interface is in Arabic; screenshots and button names are shown as they appear in the app, with English explanations.

Try these fixes before contacting support. Every error shows an “error id” — send it to us so we find the cause quickly.

  1. 1The scanner doesn't add the product

Make sure the input box has focus and the scanner works as a keyboard (HID) sending Enter after the code. The POS reads scanners even on an Arabic layout. “Not found” means no product has that barcode.

  2. 2Nothing prints or letters are cut

Print a Windows test page first. Then “Preview / test print” in Settings, and adjust the printed width and margins in the receipt design. A failed print never undoes a sale; reprint from Sales.

  3. 3“This license was issued for another installation”

The installation code in your portal doesn't match the POS (new computer or new data folder). Enter the current code on your subscription page to get a new activation code.

  4. 4“The computer clock was moved back”

Fix the date and time in Windows, then restart the POS. This protection prevents tampering with the subscription period.

  5. 5A register can't find the main device

Check both PCs are on the same network and the POS is open on the main device, use “Allow in firewall”, and reserve the main device's IP in the router.

  6. 6“Version mismatch”

All registers must run the same version. Update the main device, then every register.

  7. 7“Unable to determine weight barcode”

The label starts with a scale prefix but doesn't fit the layout. Check “Scale barcode” in Settings with a real label, and the product's scale code.
